In my career, I’ve leaned into SMART goal principles and six-sigma DMAIC processes, which do a great job of setting goals, defining processes, and identifying problem areas. I believe in an environment of inclusion and recognition in all areas. A trust model that works in any industry around Sincerity + Competency + Reliability = Trust
Most recently, in a leadership class, I took the Clifton StrengthFinders assessment, which identifies your top 5 strengths. This assessment is a great tool to help you not only better understand yourself but also to help anyone else know how I work most effectively. My top 5 are below, with definitions of each.
